As Wedding Day Coordinator my duties include:

− 1 visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding

− Development of a detailed wedding timeline & floor plan for contracted vendors & bridal party

− Wedding Rehearsal Supervision (2 hour maximum)

− On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding

− Assistance with the physical setup of the wedding and reception décor

− 1 Additional Associate Coordinator for the day

− Assistance with the coordination of disassembly and breakdown of the ceremony and reception (clarification: This involves decoration deconstruction and pack up, not cleanup of the celebration ie. Bottles, table clearing, ect.

− Any additional roles required to meet the expectation previously set by the Bride and Groom for the wedding day!
